Partner with a Senior Property Manager on a dynamic, fast‑paced commercial portfolio. The position requires a broad background in property management (1‑2 years in commercial property management preferred) and applicants should have strong communication and time‑management skills.
Role Responsibilities- Insurance compliance
- Lease management
- Vendor liaison and contract management
- Work order tracking
- Invoicing and tracking
- Lease abstracting
- Property inspections
- Strong communication
- Exposure to budgets and CAM reconciliations
- Broad background in Property Management (1‑2 years in Commercial Property Management preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in problem‑solving, organization, and attention to detail
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
This position is open to an Assistant Property Manager level, but also has room for growth and professional development particularly in growing with the company.
