Job Description & How to Apply Below
Be responsible for all breakdown, feed, catch and proper sorting of all china, silverware and glassware as it is brought to the Dish Room;
Wash pots and pans and properly sort and store them on the pot shelves;
Wash walls, ceilings, baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, tables and cutting boards;
Polish silver, glass and brass in all outlets as needed;
Set up all china glass and silver for all food outlets;
Bring all supplies down from the storage areas.
