• Wash and sort chinaware, glassware, silverware, big kettles, brazier, pots, pans, sheet pans, roasting pans.
• Wash and sanitize cutting boards, serving utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floors according to established procedures: sweep, wash, mop floor, maintain work areas, dessert and pantry stations, pot rooms, dish rooms, etc.
• Take floor mats for washing, clean queen Mary's, speed racks, carts, dollies, shelving racks, walk-ins, scrub floors with scrub machine.
• Keep hallways, service elevators, walls and baseboards cleaned.
• Restock employees dining at self-service counters with ice, plates, bowls, dessert plates and maintain clean food counters.
• Empty and wash trash cans.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen lines and equipment (counter tops, braziers, kettles, refrigerators, freezers, worktables, steam tables, microwaves, etc.).
• Clean and sanitize machinery of support kitchens and Pastry, Bakery and Fruit Room Supply clean pans, fry pans, sheet pans, lexans, bus tubs, etc. to production areas.
• Polish copper and silver wares as scheduled.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, wearing correct uniform and nametag.
• Assist in inventory, deliver chemicals, supplies, and linen when assigned.
• Drive powered equipment according to safety guidelines during certification training.
• Complete duties as assigned; act as role model, present oneself as credit to WYNN-ENCORE and encourage others.

• Workers must be prompt, present, and prepared for all shifts.
• Adhere to Wynn Steward Uniform Standards.
• Attend all training scheduled to learn Wynn Kitchen Stewarding Guidelines.
• Communicate in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a physically demanding job is a plus.
• Ability to work with chemicals.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
