The VIP Model Server Assistant combines exceptional customer service with a glamorous and captivating presence, enhancing the guest experience by delivering drinks and creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. This role involves assisting in table service, engaging with guests, and contributing to the overall enjoyment of the nightclub.

• Assist in preparing the nightclub venue before opening, ensuring all tables, seating areas, and bars are clean, well-stocked, and ready for guests
• Arrange and restock necessary supplies, including glassware, napkins, and other essentials
• Welcome guests upon their arrival, guide them to their designated tables or seating areas, and provide assistance as needed
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, helping them navigate the nightclub's offerings and entertainment
• Collaborate closely with nightclub servers to ensure timely delivery of drinks and food orders to guests' tables
• Assist servers in clearing empty glassware, plates, and other items, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Continuously monitor and maintain the cleanliness of tables, seating areas, and the dance floor, clearing any debris and promptly addressing any spills
• Clear tables of used glassware, dishes, and other items, ensuring efficient turnover for the next group of guests
• Reset tables with clean glassware, napkins, and other necessary items
• Respond to guest requests for additional drinks, napkins, or other items in a timely and courteous manner
• Collaborate with the nightclub servers to fulfill guest requests promptly
• Monitor the nightclub environment to ensure the safety and comfort of guests, reporting any disruptive behavior or potential security concerns to management
• Assist in cleaning and closing the nightclub venue at the end of the night, including clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engage with guests in a friendly, charismatic, and attentive manner, making them feel welcomed and valued
• Familiarize yourself with the nightclub's drink menu, confidently making recommendations and answering inquiries
• Suggest specialty cocktails, promotions, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience
• Participate in special events, theme nights, and promotions, adding to the vibrant atmosphere
• Process payments accurately, handle cash, and manage electronic transactions with professionalism
• Build positive relationships with regular guests, remembering their preferences, and creating a personalized experience
• Coordinate with bartenders, other servers, and the bar team to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a polished appearance, adhering to the nightclub's dress code and grooming standards
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media, including photos, videos, and stories featuring drink preparation and entertainment
• Engage in live streaming sessions on platforms like Instagram or Facebook, showcasing cocktail preparation, mixology tips, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of the nightclub atmosphere
• Share engaging stories and anecdotes about the nightclub, its history, signature drinks, and memorable moments to connect with followers
• Craft captivating captions that align with the nightclub's brand, encouraging interaction and engagement from followers
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions on social media, interacting with followers and building a strong online presence
• Utilize relevant hashtags and geotags in posts to increase visibility and connect with a broader audience
• Encourage patrons to share their experiences at the nightclub by using a specific hashtag, and then curate and repost the best user-generated content
• Assist fellow servers and staff when necessary to ensure a cohesive and efficient service
• Follow responsible alcohol service regulations, health codes, and safety standards
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
