Dishwasher

Join the Outback family as a Dishwasher in Las Vegas, NV. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the dishes and small wares at the restaurant and for ensuring that all washed items meet the required temperature and hygiene standards for each state. Your efforts help provide customers with a memorable dining experience.

• Paid day off after 90 days of employment.

• Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
• Practice food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift.
• Perform general cleaning of the restaurant.
• Pace and organize dish execution.
• Understand how the dish machine runs, including chemical components.
• Change out water and chemicals as needed.
• Keep floors and plates & smallware clean and dry.
• Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Correct unsafe practices or conditions and notify management.

• 1+ year BOH experience in a full‑service restaurant preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Team player.
• Availability to work a variety of opens, swings, and closes.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral. Also the ability to adjust focus.
• Regular use of hands to finger handles or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
