Dishwasher – Out West Restaurant Group
We are looking for an energetic, reliable Dishwasher to keep our restaurant’s kitchen and dining areas clean, organized, and safe.

- Paid day off after 90 days employment.
- Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas Day to spend time with family & friends.
- Maintain organization and flow while washing dishes and utensils.
- Practice food safety and sanitation.
- Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout shift.
- General cleaning of restaurant.
- Pace and organization of dish execution.
- Understand dish machine operation and chemical components.
- Follow procedures for changing water and chemicals.
- Keep floors clean and dry.
- Keep plates and small ware clean.
- Inspect food receiving, preparation, production, and storage areas.
- Correct unsafe practices or notify management.
- 1+ year BOH experience in full-service restaurant preferred.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
- Team player.
- Available to work various opens, swings and closes.
- Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs.
- Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, peripheral; ability to adjust focus.
- Regular use of hands to finger handles or feels objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Able to work in hot and cold environments.
