• Assist in managing a team to ensure a smooth business operation
• Managing day‑to‑day restaurant operations in the Back of House
• Implementing policies and procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, & promote sales
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food safety
• Working “hands on” in various FOH/BOH positions
• Ensuring the highest quality of guest service

• 2+ years of Chick-fil-A Leadership experience
• Experience leading a team of 25+ or more
