We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will craft expertly mixed drinks, share your knowledge of our award‑winning bourbon selections, and provide warm Southern hospitality to every guest. If you’re passionate about mixology and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want you on our team!

• Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar
• Complete understanding of all food and beverage items
• Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
• Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
• Peel, slice and pit fruit safely for garnishing drinks
• TAM and ACT Certified and guidelines followed to ensure no guests are overserved
• Process transactions using the POS system, prepare checks for customers, and process customer payments
• Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays and manage the aesthetic of the bar top
• Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
• Monitor inventory, and restock bar inventory
• High level knowledge of standard drink recipes
• High level knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishes
• Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high‑volume restaurant or bar is required
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, classic cocktails, and beverage trends
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, Serv Safe) is preferred
