Chipotle is growing fast – we’re opening a restaurant every two days and we need excellent leaders to grow with us! Our Field Leaders oversee multiple restaurant locations – they understand the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers and how to run a great operation. • Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture

• The ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements

• Previous multi‑unit restaurant experience
• The ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $78,000.00–$. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
