Job Description

We are hiring a hands‑on, guest‑obsessed General Manager to lead daily front‑of‑house operations and elevate the team experience.

We're a family‑owned Italian concept with deep Las Vegas roots known for our homemade pastas, authentic service, and warm neighborhood vibe. We're looking for a leader who isn't just organized and experienced, but who brings personality, accountability, and care into the dining room every day.

This is a full‑time, salaried position ideal for someone who wants to make their mark in an established, growing brand.

Job Title: General Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Department: Restaurant Operations
Employment Type: Full‑Time, Onsite
Salary Range: $70,000 $ 80,000 + bonus + benefits

Responsibilities

Oversee all FOH operations and collaborate with the BOH team

Hire, train, and develop staff who embody warmth and hospitality

Schedule and manage labor to budget and business volume

Deliver a service standard rooted in excellence and family‑style charm

Lead with humility, humor, and high standards

Manage guest issues quickly and professionally

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations

Serve as liaison to ownership and executive leadership

Uphold our brand reputation through consistent in‑service leadership

Qualifications

3+ years of full‑service GM or senior AGM experience

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills a true team coach

Financial fluency with labor, inventory, and P&L management

Highly organized and comfortable with restaurant tech (POS, scheduling)

A passion for hospitality, Italian cuisine, and service culture

Preferred Experience

Experience in Las Vegas hospitality or resort dining

Wine knowledge or Italian dining background is a major plus

Familiarity with Toast POS and restaurant scheduling platforms (e.g., 7shifts)

Performance‑based bonus eligibility (up to $10K annually)

PTO, employee dining discounts, and parking

Clear path to Director of Ops or Multi‑Unit roles for strong performers

Hiring immediately. Interviews to begin this week. Ideal start: within 2-3 weeks. Local candidates highly preferred.
