• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with the establishment's standards.
• Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with diplomacy and tact, addressing any issues to enhance the dining experience.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of service stations and areas, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, upholding the restaurant's commitment to hygiene and sanitation.

• Proven experience as a server in a fine dining or gourmet restaurant setting is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
• A deep understanding of gourmet food and wine pairings is an advantage.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing orders.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional certifications in hospitality or food service are a plus.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
