Retail Loss Prevention at FEATURE locations in Las Vegas, NV. The position is a presence on the sales floor aimed at deterring theft. The role is hands-off; any issues are relayed directly to the store manager.

FEATURE has been providing iconic, limited-edition footwear, high-end apparel, and accessories for over a decade. We are expanding with multiple locations including Wynn Las Vegas, Chinatown, Calabasas, CA, and Scottsdale, AZ.

• Be present on the sales floor at all times unless on lunch or break.
• Monitor blind spots using the assigned iPad for surveillance and ensure coverage where there is no constant sales associate presence.
• Greet guests as they enter and exit with a friendly welcome and thank-you, contributing to a positive client experience.
• This is NOT a security position.
• Write reports for any issues that arise and present them to the store manager.
• Check hourly for empty hangers on display and monitor cameras to locate missing product.
• Check cases to ensure they are locked hourly.
• Inform guests of the bag policy.
• Stay in the store until all guests have left after store closing.

• Previous loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
• Physically able to stand for long hours.
• Be friendly and able to deescalate situations.
• Take pride in your work.
