Loss Prevention Specialist at FEATURE (Wynn Las Vegas location).
Job DetailsTitle:

Reports To:
Store Manager
Location:
Las Vegas, NV
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Responsibilities- Be present on the sales floor at all times unless on lunch or break.
- Monitor surveillance via the iPad provided to cover blind spots or areas without constant sales associate presence.
- Greet guests as they enter and exit with “Hello, welcome in” and “Thank you for stopping by.”; provide a positive first impression.
- This is NOT a security position.
- Write reports for any issues that arise and present them to the store manager.
- Check hourly for empty hangers on display and watch cameras to identify where product went.
- Check cases to ensure they are locked hourly.
- Inform guests of our bag policy.
- Stay in the store until all guests have departed after store closing.
- Previous loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
- Physically able to stand for long hours.
- Be friendly and able to deescalate situations.
- Take pride in your work.
