Job Title:Sales Support Associate
An integral part of store success, delivering excellent customer service at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor. Accurate navigation through product flow from receipt to sale.
Key Responsibilities- CASH WRAP
Greeting customers, offering name, engaging naturally, reading cues, capturing email/name (as permitted by law), operating POS accurately, organizing wrap, suggesting add‑ons and gift cards, handling cash and POS media in compliance with policy, thanking customers and encouraging return, representing Coach brand. - STOCKROOM/WAREHOUSE
Receiving shipments and transfers, alerting management of new product, scanning cartons, communicating discrepancies, processing according to standards, cleaning and organising stockroom, managing stock levels, conducting cycle counts and inventory counts, maintaining loss prevention standards. - SALES FLOOR
Analyzing floor for replenishment, replenishing and executing visual merchandising, supporting floor activities, communicating product information, responding to customer requests, maintaining housekeeping standards.

- Experience:
1–3 years retail (cashier/stock or sales), preferably luxury environment. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. - Technical:
Cash register systems, basic computer skills, mobile POS, walkie‑talkie, price/product sheet reading. - Physical:
Fast pace work, ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, climbing, bending, kneeling. - Schedule:
Flexible; nights, weekends, holidays, peak days (e.g., Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve).
Base pay range: $15.00 to $19.50 per hour (minimum wage compliance per law).
