Base pay range

• Forge lasting relationships with customers.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible service.
• Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest, knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.

• Achieve sales goals in a team‑based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge in fashion and active‑wear to serve as a customer expert.
• Assist in completing projects while maintaining focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.

• Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
• Collaborate with management in inventory management.
• Keep the retail store clean on a regular basis – floors, bathrooms, and general upkeep.
• Execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
• Implement and maintain all merchandising and visual directives.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized selling floor that reflects the correct visual image at all times.
• Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality.
• Develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Handle customer concerns positively and proactively.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

The hourly range for this role is $15/hr - $17/hr
