The
** Manager of Investor reporting
** will oversee the monthly reporting and compliance documents in support of the company’s $2B in debt facilities. Although this is a fully remote role, applicants must reside within a commutable distance to Las Vegas, NV area to attend regular meetings.
* Manage the preparation of monthly servicer reports for approximately 15 debt facilities and 12 external partner deals. Responsibilities include but are not limited to updating servicer report templates and formulas, reconciling cash flows and balances, and distributing reports and data files to external parties, including Trustees, Lenders, and Rating Agencies. Must be highly detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable in translating legal definitions into modeling mechanics.
* Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly servicer certificates, monthly Conduit sale documents, and annual compliance packages.
* Oversee the development of one financial analyst and completion of deliverables on schedule.
* Coordinate documentation for audit requests and manage quarterly and annual audits for third-party partners and the Sierra Conduit facility.
* Maintain the monthly forecast of incoming and outgoing securitization wires. Prepare and distribute Closing Flow of Funds for new deals.
* Collaborate with Collections, Contract Compliance, Title, IT, Legal, and Sales Operations to ensure compliance with securitization requirements in preparing for new deals, managing existing deals, and evaluating new products or programs.
* Work closely with the Forecasting team to ensure the consistency and accuracy of reporting.
* Translate reporting requirements in legal documentation to reports distributed to internal and external clients.
* Ad hoc analysis and research as requested for Wyndham Consumer Finance (WCF) and Travel and Leisure Financial Management groups.
