Operations Leader, Palazzo

Louis Vuitton is seeking an innovative, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Lead to join our team. This full-time position will be based at our store located in the Palazzo. As an Operations Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the store's Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support.

You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members.

In this role you will support training on all operational procedures and communication systems, as well as build a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration within the team and managers.

Luxury retail experience is preferred.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $28-$37 plus a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
