Store Manager - Wynn

Store Manager responsible for overall management of the Wynn Las Vegas boutique, leading sales, operations, merchandising, and team development to achieve sales and operational targets. Oversees customer service, inventory control, P&L, staffing and store appearance while implementing corporate directives.

• Manage day-to-day store operations and full P&L responsibility, focusing on controllable expenses and sales plans.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff; conduct regular one-to-one reviews and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales and clienteling activities, set individual objectives and monitor sales performance.
• Oversee inventory management, cycle and physical counts, and maintain SKU and model stock levels using Retail Pro and POS systems.
• Ensure merchandising and visual standards are met in partnership with visual teams; maintain store appearance and grooming standards.
• Create staff schedules, manage payroll/timekeeping processes and maintain key administrative documentation.
• Collaborate with regional, corporate and buying teams and implement corporate directives.

• Minimum 7 years of store management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Business school or university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and drive results through coaching and talent development.
• Proficiency with inventory and POS systems (Retail Pro preferred) and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service focus, problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
