Job DescriptionWe are seeking an accomplished Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping grow our rental division promoting the availability and use of our portable and revolving stages, lighting truss and seating components for venues and events in the Las Vegas area.
Responsibilities:- Identify prospective clients and document planned approach to secure sales opportunities
- Manage prospecting activities, opportunities, quotes, and CRM sales pipeline
- Collaborate with team members on proposals and responses to quotes/bids
- Follow up with prospective customers until deal closure or no sale
- Develop additional opportunities with clients
- Attend relevant events and shows
- Create pro-forma job P&L to budget costs
- Meet bid deadlines and define scope with customers
- Maintain pipeline of pending jobs
- Review drawings and specifications as needed
- Coordinate scope of work approval with customers
- Manage customer expectations regarding scope
- Monitor job progress
- Handle change orders for additional scope
- Track budgets, costs, and margins for post-project review
- Proven success in sales and customer service, preferably in the sports/entertainment/event industry
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time
- Strong rapport-building skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and CRM software
- Willingness to learn and educate yourself
- $1,000/week or commission, whichever is higher, for the first 90 days; then full commission
- Potential earnings of $100,000 to $200,000
