Job Description
Superior Duct Fabrication is seeking a Business Development Representative to become an integral part of our team. This full‑time, exempt position reports directly to the Director of Business Development. The Business Development Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients, identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and recommending marketing strategies designed for a target market.
Responsibilities- Identify and establish contact with potential customers within assigned territories.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
- Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
- Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
- Generate and submit sales reports to management.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Support the company’s foundational values in safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and other ways that make SDF a company of choice for employees and customers.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, HVAC preferred.
- Organized and capable of managing time effectively.
- Foundational computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Autodesk Fabrication.
Superior Duct Fabrication, Inc. manufactures duct work and sheet metal products for the HVAC industry, as well as industrial dust collection and exhaust systems. Our goal is to provide superior service and high‑quality products to enable customers to meet their deadlines. We work closely with customers on a wide range of commercial projects throughout the Western United States, shipping from our five locations in Pomona, Camarillo, California;
Las Vegas, Nevada;
Tempe, Arizona; and Columbus, Ohio.
