Role Description
- Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the development and support of distributors and electrical contractor opportunities with a focus on achieving projects through the area construction channel.
- Provide market presence and channel support in the aforementioned market to achieve share growth.
- Fully utilize Sie Sales as the tool to develop and forecast contractor opportunities.
- Product support for panel boards, switchboards, medium voltage gear, lighting panels, low voltage switch gear, busway, motor control centers, molded case circuit breakers, IEC/NEMA control, safety switches, and residential products.
- Build and maintain a business plan by cultivating a healthy sales pipeline, uncovering new opportunities, following up on leads, and managing the existing customer base.
- Develop and implement plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
- Build long‑term relationships with senior management at key customer accounts, solution partners, and channel.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired; a combination of education, high‑school diploma, or GED equivalency is acceptable.
- 3+ years of sales experience with LV/MV power distribution product line or 5+ years of sales experience in this field.
- Ability to travel 5% of the time.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Contractor PM/work experience.
- Experience in selling to local electrical contractors is required.

Benefits Overview. The pay range for this position is $72,400 - $151,400 and is eligible for sales incentive. The actual wage offered may vary based on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
