We are a Series A SaaS company that provides the system of record for event marketing. Our AI‑powered platform gives high‑growth companies insights that help them find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have grown rapidly since our founding in 2021 and recently raised $14 million in Series A led by First Mark.
We are looking for a driven and outgoing Field Sales Development Representative (SDR) to represent our brand in person, engage prospects face‑to‑face, and play a key role in filling the top of the funnel with strategic opportunities. SDRs will attend industry events, conferences and networking gatherings to generate qualified leads and set up high‑quality meetings for our sales team.
Location:
NYC or Las Vegas. This is a contract‑to‑perm opportunity.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events and other in‑person functions to identify and engage potential leads.
- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their needs and identify opportunities that align with our solutions.
- Capture, track and manage leads using Hub Spot.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging and follow‑up.
- Provide feedback from events to improve targeting, messaging and event ROI.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy.
- 1‑2 years of proven success in in‑person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets and effectively communicating the value of products or services face‑to‑face.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly.
- Highly organized and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) to manage leads and track performance.
