Outside Sales Account Manager – Las Vegas / Southern Nevada

Rust Automation & Controls is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team in Las Vegas and Southern Nevada. In this role, you will build relationships, drive sales, and represent leading industrial automation solutions.
Role & Responsibilities- Develop expertise in Rust Automation & Controls’ products and solutions.
- Prospect and sell products, solutions, and services to industrial and commercial accounts.
- Grow territory sales and margin through in-person visits, video calls, emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners through calls, emails, webinars, seminars, and on-site visits.
- Partner with the Sales Support Team to provide accurate and timely account information.
- Conduct site walk-downs to identify opportunities.
- Maintain a CRM database of accounts, contacts, opportunities, and projects.
- Effectively present solutions and collaborate with the team to execute strategies.
- Technical degree or 2–3 years of industrial sales experience.
- Ability to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight trips.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Net Suite, Salesforce, and other CRM tools.
- Collaborative mindset to leverage internal resources for results.
