We are a leading distributor of professional barber products and are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to expand our presence in Las Vegas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys networking with salon and barber professionals, has a strong customer service mindset, and is driven by results. As an Sales Associate, you will develop new business, nurture existing accounts, and drive sales growth.

You’ll be meeting with salon and barbershops owners, stylists, and beauty professionals, showcasing high-quality products, and providing solutions that enhance their business.

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
• Collect payments by cash and credit card
• Issue receipts and refunds to customers
• Take added responsibility for stocking, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
• Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.

• Spanish Speaking Is MANDATORY
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
• Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
• Willingness to work well in a team environment
• Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
