We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives with a high emphasis on calling cold and warm leads. They will be focused on identifying and optimizing SMB accounts in markets that we serve. Our ideal candidate will help businesses create and implement a technology roadmap to take the business to the next level while building a career that provides financial security and work‑life balance.

What

You'll Be Doing
  • Helping clients build a plan to implement technology solutions for their businesses.
  • Making outbound sales calls to generate business-to-business leads.
  • Scheduling sales appointments for Account Executives.
  • Assisting and supporting the sales team with maintaining existing accounts and closing new deals.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Self‑starter who is proactive and focused on providing excellent customer service.
  • Call center or cold‑calling experience highly desired.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast‑paced, highly productive, and goal‑driven environment.
  • Coachable and 100% committed to becoming successful.
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred; candidates with strong B2C sales or customer service background will also be considered.
  • Ability to develop new business and exceed goals.
