Job Description:

As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will use your communication skills, product knowledge, and problem‑solving abilities to increase customer engagement, drive sales, and help ensure that each customer leaves with a positive experience.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and promotions to entice customers and drive sales.
• Relationship-Building: Develop and maintain relationships with our customers to increase customer engagement and create positive experiences for them in our stores.
• Creative Thinking: Work with customers to create individualized service packages that are tailored to fit their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
• Drive Sales: Utilize sales and marketing strategies and collaborate to meet sales goals and continue to expand sales with customer engagement.
• Problem Solving: Manage inquiries from customers, questions, and concerns with professionalism and a smile! Work to ensure our customers are satisfied and leave with a positive experience.

• Customer Service Experience (1+ years)
• Sales/Marketing experience or related courses are a plus, but not required.
• Interest in Sales and Marketing.
• Ability to learn new products and promotions quickly.
• Ability to adapt to new situations and strategically handle them with professionalism.
• Solutions-oriented with a passion for helping others.

• Base pay of up to $21/hour plus uncapped commission opportunities,
  paid weekly
