We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated account manager to become a part of our growing team.
Responsibilities- Assumes overall responsibility for successful project completion with an emphasis on client satisfaction
- Builds strong client relationships, an important link in our sales department alongside outside sales executives
- Identify and assess customers’ requirements and establish realistic expectations
- Respond to requests within established timelines and provide accurate quotes related to their specific projects/needs
- Overall management of projects from quote to delivery with strong communication across departments
- Provide expert advice to clients in collaboration with Technical Designers on product information
- Participate in client training events and showroom visits to meet clients in-person
- Learn and utilize the ERP system (MS Dynamics) for quoting and ordering requirements
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to concerns, questions, and resolving product/service problems
- 3-5 years proven customer support or client service experience; industry experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ability to envision customer designs with good 3-D insight
- Proven initiative, well organized, customer oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
