Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas’s top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

Uncapped Commission Potential:
This position has an hourly wage, PLUS 5% commission of net profit on all sales as long as they meet the 37% profit margin.

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
• Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
• Schedule showroom appointments and in-home estimates
• Follow up with potential clients to close deals and maximize earnings
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads using a CRM system
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service

• Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
• Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and sales experience (flooring/home improvement experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Preferred experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Hub Spot or Salesforce
• Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month
