Job Purpose Summary Start your medical device sales career with Corza Medical. As a Territory Sales Specialist
, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in the field, develop strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, key decision makers, while building your expertise across our Quill®, Sharpoint®, and broader wound closure portfolio. The Territory Sales Specialist is responsible for driving Corza Medical’s growth within non‑acute markets, including ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), physician offices, dermatology, and outpatient clinics, across a defined geographic territory.
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our Non‑Acute customers and distributor partners. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of Quill®, Sharpoint
PLUS®, Sharpoint® and other Corza brands.
- Manage a defined non‑acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.
- Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow‑up.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.
- Conduct in‑services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.
- Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory.
- Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM ().
- Demonstrate a proactive, self‑motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel.
- Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time; territory covers Fresno, Portland, Reno, and Seattle.
What You Will Need
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree required. - Experience:
0–2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields). - Interest in medical device or healthcare industry; previous internship or entry‑level exposure is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Highly organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to travel within territory and occasionally overnight.
- Must live within the assigned territory area.
- This role requires meeting the hospital credentialing requirements.
