The Regional Sales Manager will focus on managing and growing the Southwest region for Treeline, Inc., an award-winning sales recruiting and executive search agency offering strategic sales staffing and recruitment services for leading companies in the United States and North America. Our client is a family-owned manufacturer of industrial supplies with more than 25 years in business. They produce a range of products for the HVAC, electrical, industrial, and electronics industries, as well as for military applications. They have around 100 employees and aim to double annual sales in the next five years. To support growth, they are expanding their sales team and seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Southwest Region.

• Drive Sales Growth: Travel within the assigned region to develop and maintain distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote product benefits to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Manage and Support Sales Network: Serve as the primary liaison between the company, independent sales representatives, and distributors, providing training, coordination, and performance oversight to ensure effective sales coverage.
• Report and Analyze Market Data: Provide timely sales activity reports through the CRM system, evaluate market conditions and competitor activities, and present new product/market opportunities to management.

• 3-5+ years of regional or territory sales experience, with a focus on sales hunting and territory growth.
• Experience in distribution sales or for a manufacturer directly; must have experience working with manufacturing representative firms.
• Experience in the industrial sector such as building supplies, electrical supplies, or similar.

This is a remote, outside sales opportunity covering the Southwest region. Candidates can be located in AZ, OR, CO, UT, NV, NM, or Southern CA.

• Expected travel is 60%-70% (3-4 days a week in the field).

Total Comp: $105,000 - $140,000 (year
1) and $150,000 - $175,000 (year
2)
