We’re looking for a high-drive B2B Sales Rep to grow and manage our plumber referral network
. This is a contact-sport field sales role—headhunting new partners, maintaining strong relationships, and being visible in the market every day.

• Hunt and sign new plumbing partners across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent in-person visits
• Track referral trends and re-engage partners quickly
• Represent Apex at shops, events, job sites, and industry gatherings
• Ensure partners receive fast communication and world-class service
• Keep CRM updated with visits, activity, and pipeline

• More active plumber partners month over month
• Steady increase in referral volume
• Strong field presence and visible brand growth
• High partner satisfaction and long-term retention

• 2–5+ years B2B field sales experience (trade/home services preferred)
• True hunter mentality with comfort walking into any shop or job site
• Strong communication, follow-up, and territory discipline
• Flexibility to support a 24/7 emergency service business
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
