This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, good work habits, and the drive to win. Sales experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train and develop the right person.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads
• Communicate confidently and build quick rapport
• Help customers choose the right insurance protection
• Learn sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
• Work toward required licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
• Maintain activity goals, track progress, and stay consistent

• Competitive and motivated by goals, rewards, and earning potential
• Strong communicator who connects well with people
• Coachable, eager to learn, and open to feedback
• Good judgment, common sense, and ability to think on your feet
• Not afraid of hard work or hearing “no”
• Reliable, disciplined, and committed to growth
• Willing to complete required state licensing (we help with the process)

• $17–$21 per hour base pay
