We are now accepting applications for a Business Acquisition Specialist (Client Relations & Acquisition Specialist) to join our Client Acquisition Group located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV. Work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Essential Functions- Perform outbound sales and service calls to prospective and existing bank clients.
- Responsible for expanding client base by sourcing new relationships and cross‑selling bank products and services to new and existing relationships.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems as needed.
- May assist clients with product offerings, selection, loan application processes and opening accounts.
- Generates qualified referrals while following operational procedures and adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Provides support to business unit personnel as needed.
- Assists with department projects and tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years experience in inside sales, branch banking, and services, customer service or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.)
- Working knowledge of sales, customer service, retention skills and banking products and services.
- Must have good customer service, problem‑resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use a variety of computer software.
- Ability to cross‑sell bank products.
- Requires initiative and ability to recognize opportunities.
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay range (depending on experience): $24 - $26/hour
