The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while developing and servicing customers. The role delivers outstanding customer service and builds lasting boutique relationships.
Responsibilities- Achieve preset sales objectives and develop a network of clients.
- Capture and update client information to strengthen boutique relationships and sales.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across collections and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop working knowledge of simple pen repair and after-sales service techniques.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
- Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build effective, trusting customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Bilingual English and Mandarin skills are preferred.
- Ability to stand for most of the workday, reach and bend to access merchandise, occasionally use a ladder, and unpack or lift large boxes.
