The Regional Showroom Manager provides leadership for showroom management and inside sales teams across assigned region, ensuring the execution of company goals and sales initiatives. This leader ensures consistent execution, drives sales growth, develops showroom leadership, and enhances the overall customer experience.

• Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, Travel Requirements 75%, In showrooms when not working remotely

• Oversee at the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the showroom sales teams across all Visual Comfort showrooms in the region.
• Conduct frequent showroom visits to assess performance, coach managers, monitor showroom readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Execute regional sales strategies, driving sales performance with a focus on trade and retail customers.
• Provide ongoing sales coaching/training to showroom teams.
• Partner with showroom managers to create location-specific sales strategies aligned with regional goals and corporate priorities.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales process.

• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing showroom managers, key leaders, and sales staff within each location.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered around accountability, customer service excellence, and team collaboration.
• Provide coaching and feedback to support leadership effectiveness, product expertise, and customer engagement skills.
• Identify future leaders and build a strong pipeline of talent across the region.

• Ensure all showrooms deliver a best-in-class experience for interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners.
• Support teams in managing complex lighting projects, design consultations, and trade clients’ needs.
• Address escalated customer concerns while reinforcing Visual Comfort’s commitment to service excellence.
• Uphold showroom standards that reflect craftsmanship, luxury, and the heritage of the Visual Comfort brand.

• Collaborate closely with Regional Director of Sales, Regional Operations Manager, Marketing, HR, and Sales Operations
• Communicate field insights to inform product assortment decisions, staffing needs, process improvements, and customer experience strategies.
• Support regional execution of corporate initiatives, brand events, training programs, and showroom openings.
