About this position

Inside Sales Representative | Medical Devices
Paragon Implant Company | Las Vegas, Nevada
$21 to $26 per hour, plus commission eligibility after 30 days

Founded by Dr. Gerald Niznick, a pioneer of modern implantology, Paragon Implant Company builds on his contributions to dental implant design and innovation. Under his leadership, Paragon develops advanced implant systems and abutments designed to simplify clinical procedures and provide dental professionals with high-quality products at factory-direct prices.

You will manage an assigned territory, introduce dental practices to Paragon’s implant systems and prosthetic products, and grow customer relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up. Paragon Implant offers two weeks (80 hours) of vacation, one week (40 hours) of Sick Leave, Holiday pay, and medical, dental and vision options (with a significant employer-paid portion of the premiums for the employee), voluntary ancillary benefits (Life and AD&D, Short and Long-Term Disability, and Accident), and a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with an employer match, adding value to the Total Compensation Package.

Compensation

The base pay range is $21 to $26 per hour, with commission eligibility after 30 days of employment. Starting pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Dental implant sales experience is required for consideration at the top of the range.
