Territory Sales Representative

Teesnap builds golf course management software used by courses across the country. Our platform includes the tee sheet and POS, payment processing, and golf marketing services. We help operators fill more tee times, grow revenue, and run a simpler operation. We’re headquartered in Las Vegas, and many of us came from the golf business ourselves.

You’ll own new business in an assigned US territory. You’ll prospect, run discovery, demo, and close independent daily fee and semi-private golf courses. You’ll report directly to our Vice President of Business Development. This role suits someone who knows how a golf course operates and wants to turn that knowledge into a sales career. If you’ve worked a tee sheet, run a pro shop, or sat in a GM’s budget meeting, you already speak our customers’ language.

This is a remote role. We prefer candidates based in Arizona, Colorado, Montana, Virginia, or Wyoming, but we’ll consider strong candidates anywhere in the US.

• Build and manage pipeline in your territory through calls, email, Linked In, and course visits
• Run discovery with owners, GMs, and head pros to find operational and revenue problems
• Deliver product demos and build business cases tied to course revenue and efficiency
• Close new logos against established competitors and hit monthly and quarterly quota
• Work with our BDR, marketing, and client success teams on campaigns and smooth handoffs to onboarding
• Keep Hub Spot accurate and current, including activity, stages, and forecasts
• Represent Teesnap at regional golf association events and industry trade shows

• Golf industry experience: PGA professional, assistant pro, golf operations, GM, or similar
• Sales experience preferred (B2B, software, or selling inside a golf operation like memberships, outings, or merchandise)
• Comfortable on the phone and in front of decision-makers
• Self-directed and organized enough to manage a territory remotely
• Coachable and willing to learn a structured sales process
• Willing to travel for course visits and industry events (travel varies by territory)
• Bachelor’s degree or PGA/PGM program preferred, not required

• On-target earnings (OTE): $120,000 (includes commissions)
• Commissions are uncapped
