As a Security Officer - Armed Community Patrol Driver in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer at a prestigious residential location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves both armed responsibilities and driving, requiring you to interact professionally with residents and visitors.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate escalation protocols as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the residential community and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with residents, guests, and staff at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
