The Security Officer Dispatch main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for our guests and team members while protecting company assets. They perform duties in accordance with Caesars Entertainment policies and procedures, maintain knowledge of property floor plans, and respond to emergencies. The role includes customer contact via telephone, bailiwick patrolling, monitoring surveillance, and coordinating with law enforcement.

• Welcome guests and team members with a friendly, sincere escort.
• Communicate with patrons over the telephone and use the company radio and monitoring systems.
• Verify required equipment is available and functioning.
• Enter data into applicable security programs, manage multiple phone calls, radios, and camera feeds.
• Review video and alarm systems and report malfunctions.
• Patrol the property, maintain a safe environment, and enforce company policies.
• Respond to incidents quickly and coordinate with law enforcement or internal teams.
• Provide accurate directions and property attraction information to guests.
• Assist with medical emergencies as a First Responder with CPR and First Aid.
• Document and investigate all incidents requiring security intervention.
• Maintain a professional appearance appropriate to the Security Department.
• Serve as an ambassador of Caesars Entertainment and promote teamwork.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of prior security experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid Nevada Gaming Card, Alcohol Awareness Card, and Nevada driver’s license are required.
• Availability to work any day of the week and any shift.

• Ability to work inside and outside, in heat up to 115°F or cold as low as 10°F.
• Capacity to restrain individuals in arrest situations.
• Quick decision‑making in crisis and stressful situations.
• Independent work and lifting up to 60 lb, pushing or pulling up to 150 lb.
• Pass physical, written and academy training within the first 90 days.
