As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Set schedule: 40-hour work week.
• Must be available to work any day and shift as needed. No more than 5 days. To be discussed during the interview.
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.51 / hour (Daily Pay) is available for Garda World employees.

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
• Respond quickly to critical situations.
• Provide access control by screening guests, employees, vendors, and other visitors; screen people upon exiting.
• Patrol grounds inside and outside the facility by car, golf cart, or on foot.
• Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
• Read and write detailed reports with accuracy.
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Operate using electronics and maintain vehicles and equipment; follow proper procedures.
• Certify in CPR/AED or obtain certification after offer within two weeks or less.

• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of security experience in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent Military/Law Enforcement experience.
• Valid PILB in hand.
• HS Diploma or GED in hand, or higher degree.
• CPR/AED certification in hand or ability to obtain within 2 weeks.
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
