• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and following site‑specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site protocols.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site‑specific requirements.
• Work collaboratively with local authorities and/or emergency personnel during incidents as needed.

• Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles.
• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available
