As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents and uphold a secure atmosphere.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas commonly found in a tech, media, and telecom environment.
• Monitor for unusual activity and/or potential hazards and report findings according to established protocols.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information, directions, and support as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to help to deter unwanted behaviors and maintain order on the premises.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or actions taken during patrols and throughout the shift in accordance with company and site standards.
• Remain alert and responsive to changing conditions or requests in a dynamic workplace typical of tech, media, and telecom locations.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
