** ROLE EXPECTATIONS
** Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:
* Respond to calls for service to gather all pertinent information related to the creation of a report.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, solution-oriented approach
* Be able to effectively communicate with Members of Security and Management.
* Provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including testimony in court and other administrative hearings.
* Makes chip fills, jackpot verifications.
* Maintains accurate and detailed logs and records of security incidents.
* Regularly provide escorts of money and people in money-handling positions.
* Provides first aid, including CPR when necessary.
* Patrols all sections of property to identify safety hazards and areas of vulnerability.
* Interviews, investigate and document all applicable incidents in accordance with company policy.
* Assist with Lost and Found Inquiries
* Receives incoming security calls (Via two-way radio, telephone and in person) from employees and guests.
* Report Writers may be required to call previous guests to gather information via telephonic report.
* Enforces all company policies and procedures.
* Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
* Be in an assigned area by designated time, with company issued equipment, ready to work.
* Report Writers, like all other Security Personnel, will interact with guests and employees in a positive manner.
* Understand and perform duties of assignment.
* Respond quickly and courteously to patrons’ needs, questions, comments, or concerns with answers and/or action.
* Submit assigned reports as directed.

* Knowledge of incident management systems
* Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 - 20 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
* Must be able sit for extended periods of time
** PREFERRED
* ** Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
** CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
*** Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
