Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Security Supervisor to join the Cancun Resort Las Vegas team. In this position, you will supervise, schedule and encourage Security Associates by providing direction and equipment needed to accomplish their duties.

• Supervise by providing direction needed to accomplish their duties.
• Assist with training of all Loss Prevention staff members on emergency procedures, lock system operation, response to all security concerns, deescalation, video camera operation, and fundamental escort procedures.
• Quickly respond to emergency conditions, such as fire, safety hazards, threats to life and/or property, etc.
• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the property to observe and identify potential safety and/or security risks and/or undesirable conditions.
• Lead all aspects of communications and coordinate maintenance of new and existing life safety equipment to maintain Hilton's high standards of Loss Prevention.
• Perform periodic and random inspections of the building and grounds to protect property from theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
• Maintain inspection reports and records, advise management of deficiencies, and provide remedial or disciplinary efforts needed to modify deficiencies.
• Investigate all security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, safety and fire hazards and prepare a complete report to include statements from involved parties and witnesses.
• Provide outstanding guest/owner service, including answering inquiries, providing directions, delivering packages, and delivering information for general problem solving.
• Able to obtain basic first aid and CPR and AED.
• Carry out reasonable requests of management.

• Ability to patrol the property for 8-9 hours at a time on foot and by vehicles.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a customer service focused Security position.
• Previous computer experience, excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills to write incident reports.

• Ability to work various shifts throughout the week.
• Dedicated to greet and work well with guests in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred).
