As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Bicycle Patrol in Las Vegas, NV , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine bicycle and foot patrols, help to deter incidents through a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

You will support access control and respond to security-related concerns while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities at government facilities.

• Respond to incidents, public concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.

• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.

• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

• Must be able to ride a bike.

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• A guard card or license is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
