Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Fiber Jetting Laborer to join our team. This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy, a great focus on detail, and safety.

• Perform physical labor.
• Operate hand and/or power tools.
• Load and unload materials, supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Assist and follow Project Manager's instructions.
• Prepare and clean the job site.
• Maintain equipment.
• Work as a team to complete tasks.

• Experience in micro‑fiber jetting is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card required before eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive can‑do attitude and openness to new ways of doing things.
• Commitment to GRIT values.

• Hardworking, honest, dependable.
• Some knowledge of construction helpful but not required.
