Responsibilities
  • Maintain and preserve a multi‑million dollar luxury community ensuring a quality living experience for our residents.
  • Utilize troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools and security systems.
  • Develop a strong rapport with residents and assist them with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units ensuring they are ready to lease to prospective residents per company specifications.
  • Help the service team maintain a strong curb appeal at the property.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of related general maintenance experience.
  • General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and basic carpentry.
  • CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire).
  • Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred.
  • Some experience with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • At times, will be required to be on call.

  • Shoe stipend – twice per year we will reimburse a maximum of $125.

  • On‑call bonus (if applicable) – for every week of scheduled on‑call duty, you will receive a $100 bonus.
  • Quarterly service bonus – earn up to 6% of your salary based on performance, paid quarterly.

Pay Range

$16.83 – $19.95 per hour.

This pay range is approximate and the actual pay received may vary depending upon certain factors such as related job experience, education, training, professional/industry certifications, etc. Please note this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for as listed above, such as commissions or bonuses.
