Maintenance Technician - Harmon Hills

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you are the hero of our property. You are essential to keeping our community running smoothly and ensuring our residents have a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained place to call home. You will handle a wide variety of tasks, from routine upkeep to urgent repairs, making every day different. This position will be required to respond to after‑hours on‑call maintenance emergencies on a rotating schedule.

• Perform a wide range of hands‑on maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to resolve resident work orders and keep the property in excellent condition.
• Prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing all necessary repairs, painting, and fixture installations to ensure a quality move‑in experience (Unit Turnover).
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds to identify and address issues proactively.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, communicating professionally and completing service requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• 1–2+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours emergencies.
• The physical ability to lift over 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• For Higher Levels (II, III, IV):
  Advanced experience (3–6+ years) and/or specialized certifications (HVAC, Electrical, etc.) are highly desirable and will be considered for higher‑level positions and pay.

Location:

Las Vegas, NV.

Base pay range: $19.00/hr – $25.00/hr (pay commensurate with experience and skill level).
