What You'll Do:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body restoration, painting, and fiberglass work, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Job Duties:
- Perform full body restoration and paint services for trucks involved in collisions.
- Conduct fiberglass repairs and other specialized tasks.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods.
- Over five (5) years of experience as a body shop technician preferred
- Certified PPG Painter.
- Proficient in using a wide range of tools and equipment for truck assessment and repair.
- Excellent manual dexterity with the ability to work on small parts and in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective customer service and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- $25-$40 hourly depending on experience and qualifications, plus a production bonus
