As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll be keeping apartments move-in ready, completing everyday maintenance tasks, and making sure our residents feel cared for and safe.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Repair and maintain appliances
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work
- Maintain and service pool and spa equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Perform property repairs, including fences, locks, and other security features
- Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
- Complete detail work in units and common areas to ensure they are clean, functional, and move-in ready
High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Maintenance skills across multiple trades
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- A professional approach with residents
- Willingness to pitch in wherever needed-grounds, common areas, or apartments
- $17.00 - $20.00 DOE
